In 2008, in the middle of one of the toughest economic downturns of our time, I was in it. Like a lot of entrepreneurs, I had vision, grit, and drive but i was hitting ceilings everywhere. The business was heavy. The future felt uncertain. Then my accountant handed me a copy of Traction by Gino Wickman. That moment changed everything.

Choosing the path.

EOS gave me a simple, practical way to take everything in my head and turn it into a business that actually worked. Not just for growth but for clarity, control, and freedom. It helped me break through the ceilings, save my business, and ultimately transform my life as an entrepreneur. And once you experience that kind of shift, you can't help but want to give it away.

In 2018, I made a decision. I sold my shares and went all-in on a deeper path of entrepreneurial mastery, helping other entrepreneurs do what EOS did for me.

I became an EOS Implementer, and since then, I've devoted my life to helping entrepreneurs and their leadership teams build great self-managing businesses and live what we call the EOS Life:

  • Making a real impact

  • Being compensated appropriately

  • With time to enjoy the rest of your life
